My iCloud email is down this morning. It’s Monday morning at 11:17am Pacific Standard Time. iCloud system status is confirming this at http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/systemstatus I’m just wondering how often this is going to happen and what our recourse is as consumers. At least when MobileMe was a paid service, we had some clout because we were paying customers. With iCloud I feel I’m at the mercy of Apple. The only solace is that their reputation is at stake, and after admitting to MobileMe being a less than stellar service, I think they have a lot to prove.
Still, my iCloud is down.
